Tenderloin, flank, ribeye… All these cuts of beef confuse you? No worries, Mirage Bar & Restaurant at Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel is the best “lesson” for you! The way of ordering is quite interesting. You can ask the chef anything about the cuts at the counter and get to see the full chuck of beef before ordering your favourite cuts.
