Who is eligible for the Consumption Voucher Scheme 2023?
Hong Kong residents and individuals who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to receive a consumption voucher of $5,000. Those who have arrived through different admission schemes for talents, professionals, entrepreneurs, and studying, will be able to receive $2,500.
To be eligible for this year's consumption vouchers, you must be, or have as of May 29, 2023:
- At least 18 years old
- A permanent resident of Hong Kong
- A resident of Hong Kong
- A dependent of a Hong Kong resident
- Not have permanently left Hong Kong
When will Consumption Voucher expire?
Consumption vouchers will be given to existing registrants in Hong Kong in two parts this year. Remember to mark down the schedule and use the consumption voucher before it expires!
