Tip 1: Don’t continuously refresh the page with the same IP address
Continuously refreshing the page with the same IP address may be mistaken for a robot program and result in being blocked. If you are blocked, you may not even be aware of it. Therefore, it is best to use separate mobile networks and Wi-Fi when purchasing tickets.
Tip 2: Don’t use company/public Wi-Fi
If many ticket buyers use the same network to enter the Urbtix ticketing system, they may be blocked due to using the same IP address. Therefore, it is best to use private Wi-Fi instead of company/public Wi-Fi.
Tip 3: Use multiple browsers
Many people understand that they can use multiple phones/computers to purchase tickets simultaneously. However, if you plan to open multiple tabs within the same browser, be aware that using the same browser may be detected, and you may not be able to refresh the page. Therefore, it is best to install multiple browsers to purchase tickets.
Tip 4: Don’t enter too early
Urbtix will kick out buyers who enter the ticketing system too early. Therefore, if tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. , you should wait until exactly 10 a.m. to enter the ticketing system and purchase tickets.
