Maze Grill: Gordon Ramsay’s Signature Dishes
The newly opened Maze Grill by Gordon Ramsay located in the Ocean Terminal at Tsim Sha Tsui is famous for its charcoal-fired Josper grill. Gordon Ramsay has another Hong Kong restaurant, the London House, and both of them offer mains at around HK$200-$300. But Maze Grill adopts a more modern atmosphere and style, exhilarating your night with a stunning and unobstructed view of Victoria Harbour.
The signature dish Beef Wellington (HK$888), wrapping the juices of a medium rare fillet steak up in a buttery puff pastry, is enough to be shared with two or three people. Another must-try dish is the British Butcher Cuts, all dry-aged for minimum 28 days. You can choose from ribeye, sirloin and fillet on the bone, with a minimum selection for 300g, priced from $388. Can’t decide which one you want? Then go with the Cow & Cut, which you can try all 3 types of beef of 100g per each. For air miles lovers, you can even earn miles while dining! Maze Grill is now cooperating with Asia Miles, you can earn 1 mile per HK$2 spent.
