打邊爐都可以外賣自取！香港人十分喜愛火鍋，但最近武漢肺炎疫情持續，很多人也暫停火鍋飯局聚餐，火鍋店的生意大受打擊。為保生意，部分火鍋店變陣應對，提供外賣自取火鍋套餐，讓食客既可安坐家中打邊爐，又不用自己花時間購買配料。
酒鍋 – 一個價錢全包連爐跟鍋直送
主打新式火鍋的「酒鍋」，早於2018年推出火鍋直送服務 (運費HK$290)，一個價錢「全包宴」，包爐具、湯底、火鍋配料及醬料，可作到會。其套餐外賣價錢為原價的6至7折，外賣直送服務於下午3時截單時間前落單，可在當晚下午6時至9時派送。自取則沒時間上的限制，落單後就可在下午1時至凌晨12時之間到分店取貨。
其中「Chic & Shake火鍋盛宴」包含了濃湯豬骨鍋、四川麻辣鍋、馬來肉骨茶鍋、及龍蝦海鮮鍋，配料根據價錢而不同，但都有特選肉類拼盤，包含安格斯牛肉、安格斯牛柳粒、日本黑毛豬腩肉、雞肉片及頂級蒙古涮羊片。每位價錢分為HK$298、HK$368及HK$468，HK$468套餐更是原價6折，訂購須4位起。
616牛肉火鍋專門店 – 任君選擇分量隨意
616牛肉火鍋專門店的外賣自取服務，不但與店內餐牌一樣，而且價錢8折。記者查詢過，即時落單後半小時可取，致電或透過Openrice落單也可以，取貨時付款。不過，爐具須自備，醬汁方面每款收費HK$5。
湯底有11款選擇，肉類選擇非常多，特別是牛的不同部位，當然也有手打牛滑、各式餃子及丸類等，菜類當中以紫羽衣甘藍最特別。

鼎王麻辣鍋 – 特設一人鍋 最低消費HK$200
鼎王麻辣鍋於2月11日宣布推出外賣自取服務，根據官方網頁的餐牌，堂食與外賣單點價錢一樣，不過勝在有一人鍋可選，「單邊」都不是問題。而外賣最低消費HK$200，以2人和4人套餐價錢較划算，最低人均HK$244。落單可以先到訂購網址瀏覽點餐紙，然後直接到各分店落單，付款後，職員會盡快準備好湯底及火鍋配料。

牛摩 – 升級外賣自取限定湯底 一小時取貨
牛摩於2月初宣布提供外賣自取優惠，親身遞交訂貨表格，會員可享HK$10折扣優惠。2至3人份量套餐低至HK$178，包括300克特級牛肉及火鍋配料，有齊各種蔬菜、菇類、丸類，但不包括湯底，加HK$30可升級「豚肉什錦海鮮鍋味」或「日式地鶏鍋味」。店方表示，這兩款湯底都是日本直送及外賣自取限定，堂食也沒有供應。

南記粉麵 – 價錢最平兼送一支辣椒醬
其實南記粉麵早於2017年便推出冬季限定的「外賣火鍋包」，至今全線分店都有售，而且多達4款湯底選擇。外賣火鍋包分為半份和一份，分別為2至3人及4至6人份量，配料有肥牛、魚片、貢丸、魚皮餃、西生菜、招牌春卷等。
另外，店方表示，在2月29日前購買麻酸辣、蕃茄或麻辣湯底的外賣火鍋包，可免費獲辣椒醬一樽 (價值HK$40)，在打邊爐時用來蘸一流。
